The development process:

	We help you find, register, and manage appropriate domains for your organization as well as host your site with e-mail services at very competitive prices.
	We meet with you and your staff to determine your objectives for your web site. Do you wish to:
	Express yourself? Share information with the world? Promote a special interest? Advertise goods or services? Sell goods or services? Increase membership in your non-profit organization? Provide client support and education before and after the sale?
	Although we bill at hourly rates, we will be able to give you a rough estimate of the cost involved.
	We collect data: logos, images, text to drive the design of the site.
	We will develop a prototype image to give you an idea of the navigation system and the pages that will be included in the site. We provide you with samples of the design throughout the project. Your input is encouraged and appreciated.
	After the prototype is finalized, the web coding takes place.
	We demonstrate and update the final version before loading the site with our chosen host.
	We work closely with you to develop content and take all appropriate steps to ensure high rankings with major search engines.
	We continue to develop and improve the site as you add and update content.

Promotion

Mintaka Design knows that your audience needs to find your site easily. We incorporate appropriate meta tag keywords and descriptions into the background coding for high search engine ranking. We can also help register your site with selected search engines. Depending on your business strategy and image, you may decide to use other techniques such as banner advertising, email marketing, link exchanges, and print advertising.
