Portfolio

We serve a large variety of clients!

Mintaka Design serves many different markets and our clients range from single artists to medium-sized manufacturing businesses. Many are located in Michigan, but we serve clients from all over the United States. Each client is different and we strive to develop websites that reflect the goals of the individual, the culture of the organization and the audience we are trying to reach. We are proud of the websites we design for our customers and of the ongoing relationships we develop with them. Featured in our web design portfolio are websites that we have designed and built across a range of industries and organizations:

Artists & Authors

Lou Kasischke, one of the survivors of the 1996 Mount Everest tragedy, has recently released his book, "After the Wind." Visit his website to view the beautiful illustrations and to learn how to purchase the book. Lou contacted us for both web and marketing assistance. We loved the book. Check it out!

I had no previous experience with website design. I soon realized that it is a developmental process that involves important communication and collaboration. The process was well organized and led to a creative and effective design. The outcome exceeded my expectations. I give a strong recommendation in support of Mintaka Design.

Lou Kasischke

Visit the new website we created for Heidi A. Marshall, a northern Michigan pastel artist. Her mobile responsive site features lightbox popups and tools to indicate specifications of her paintings. Beautiful art by a talented artist!

You did a spectacular job. I am over the moon. Thank you Marta!!!!!!

Heidi Marshall

Mary Lou Peters showcases her beautiful watercolors on a website divided into various galleries. She has a downloadable order form for prints and publications and gathers contact information for her monthly electronic newsletter.

If any of your potential customers hesitate at spending the money on a website, tell them to contact me. It's so professional-sounding to be able to say, "Take a look at my website to see what's available." Or to give them an idea of what my style is, or certain elements they might want me to include in a special painting for them.

Mary Lou Peters

We launched a new responsive design for Trisha Shattuck's art this year. We showcased her award-winning art and provided an extensive archive section for sold and donated paintings. Enjoy her incredible talents!

Nicki Griffith's art website displays her beautiful paintings: delightful expressions of color and shape! She sought a simple and elegant design: one that would let the paintings speak for themselves.

Pam Finkel's art website has a clean look to showcase her unique paintings.

Artist sites are great fun for us! Tom Hammill Glass features the artist's stunningly beautiful etched and carved glass creations displayed in several slideshows.

Be sure to take a look at the beautiful pottery showcased at Stover Pottery's website!
