According to the superintendent who initially developed the site with us, "we believe it to be one of the best school websites in the state!" |

This Mackinac College site gives tribute to a liberal arts college located on Mackinac from 1966-1970. It offers extensive photographs and an opening slideshow which showcases the legacy of the college. |

The owners of Cork This! Winery in Montgomery, Texas, wanted a colorful, funky site to celebrate their new business. Visitors to Cork This! can bottle and custom label their own wine or choose from an assortment of fun labels! The owners maintain a calendar of their in-house special events. |

Market Street Inn's website utilizes beautiful photographs in a slideshow to highlight the special qualities of this cozy bed and breakfast on Mackinac Island. The innkeeper keeps guests informed with her Island Notes section. |

Birch Lodge & Motel in Trout Lake was struggling to communicate with their former web design company and asked Mintaka Design to take over their website and enhance it to include multiple pages. We added lots of new content and photos and improved the text. They maintain a very interesting blog about the area and their renovations on the historic lodge. We integrated the blog into the home page of the website.

Cast Aluminum Solutions in Batavia, Illinois recently spun off from its parent company. Mintaka Design created a new logo with an "aluminum" look and developed a website to promote its new identity and highlight its custom cast-in products. Through product specs and case studies that are easily accessible to the visitor, CAS provides useful and educational content. |

NEX Solutions in Litchfield, Michigan uses their new website to inform prospective clients about their metal fabricating services and quality control methods. Island Yacht Club worked with Mintaka Design
to develop a website to highlight member activities
and services of their organization. The site includes
an interactive calendar updated by the Executive
Committee as well as the club manager. Automatic
e-mails can be generated as reminders of upcoming
events on the calendar. Every club leader recognizes the value websites lend to improving member communications, member relationships, and member engagement. |

Wawashkamo Golf Club on Mackinac Island revamped their website to provide more content for members and to promote the club to the public. Their site features a password protected member directory that is updated online by the staff. |
Sunset Forest Association, a property owner's association
on Mackinac Island, needed a site to communicate information
to members and prospective property buyers. It features maps,
directories and information request forms. |

Mintaka Design created a website for the Friends of the Harbor Springs Area District Library. This nonprofit group is working hard to realize many local residents' dream of a vital and comprehensive community library in Harbor Springs. They use email marketing and their informative website to communicate with supporters and the public. |

The Northwest Michigan Habitat for Humanity website communicates the many worth projects this organization undertakes and solicits donations online. The ReStore displays photos of products for sale and encourages volunteer participation.

Island Community Foundation is a nonprofit
organization dedicated to improving and enriching
life for residents and visitors of Mackinac Island.
This site outlines the many giving opportunities
available through the Foundation. They periodically survey their visitors online to make sure their goals are on-track. |

Mintaka Design created and maintains the Mackinac Island Horsemen's Association website. This nonprofit promotes and preserves the unique horse culture on Mackinac Island. The site attracts members and accepts online donations for their cause and educates 4H students on equine issues. |

Trailing for Triumph is a foundation committed to raising funds for breast cancer research. Mintaka Design volunteered to design and maintain this site to promote their annual horseback fundraising event. Help us support this worthy cause! |

The Mackinac Island Community Foundation
and the Marlee Brown Community Arts Fund joined
to present an exciting and high-visibility fundraising
project for the island. This website showcases the Turtles
Around Town art that was
displayed and auctioned on Mackinac Island.
Proceeds benefited nonprofit organizations on the

Martin Petersen Fund for Historical Writing site
promotes a Mackinac Island Community Foundation Fund
that seeks to encourage the study of history and historical
writing. The site images used are from the Robert
Benjamin collection of historic Mackinac Island postcards. |

The Lake Charlevoix Association worked with Mintaka Design on a new, exciting updated design for their website to organize information for LCA members and visitors to Lake Charlevoix. Their webmaster used the design and is maintaining their site. |

Increased communication with the community and within the organization was the goal of the Allied EMS Systems, Inc. web project. The site highlights community activities, provides staff and education schedules, promotes the Allied Plus subscription program, and describes the mission of this important nonprofit organization. The company uses their "intranet" section for employee schedules, training materials and board information. |

Kane Law Firm, P.C. of Colorado Springs wanted a professional site to highlight the expertise and community spirit of their attorneys. |

We created this travel website as a personal reminder of a recent trip to China. By integrating our journals and paring down our inventory of 2,000 digital photos to a manageable number, we were able to use the web to share our experiences with friends and family! |
